“A Way with Words”

My friend Linda Toren has a radio show on station KQBM out of West Point, California, called “A Way With Words”. Here’s the way she introduced her show for Wednesday, May 13th:

Welcome to “A Way with Words”, a program dedicated to poetry, prose, literature, nonfiction, lyrics and the celebration of thoughts and language. I am your host, Linda Toren, from West Point California.

Our studio sits on the grounds of the Blue Mountain Coalition for Youth and Families, which sits on the unceded land of the Central Sierra Miwok people.

I’m having a conversation, sharing a conversation today with my friend Mark Foote, who’s published a book called A Natural Mindfulness.

If you’d like to hear the conversation, she has the show posted on Internet Archive:

Our conversation is the first fifty minutes or so of the show, after which she has several short clips from various sources about Buddhism.

My thanks to Linda, for inviting me on the show and for being such a gracious host.
