The <em>Realms and Transformations of Sound Tantra<\/em>\u00a0states: &#8220;The jewel present within the heart in the center of one\u2019s body is great pristine consciousness.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Furthermore, the\u00a0<em>Self-Arisen Vidy\u0101 Tantra<\/em>\u00a0states:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">The transcendent state of the perfect buddhas is supported. It is supported on the material aggregate, for example, like an eagle sleeping in its nest. It has a location. It is located in the heart, for example, like a figure in a vase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 80px;\">(Wikipedia, \u201cRigpa\u201d)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I have the idea that what is important is centred within us, and that it is important to\u00a0establish\u00a0it first within as the source, before identifying with everything \u2018out there\u2019 and maybe missing what\u2019s \u2018in here\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>I responded to Bindi:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">It took me a long time to study anatomy seriously (I had to prove to myself it was necessary), and I&#8217;ll be the first to confess, the relationship between the presence of the heart-mind without abode and kinesthesiology is not straightforward.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Nevertheless.\u00a0 I\u00a0make use of the science that says\u00a0stretch in the ligaments that connect bone to bone can give rise to activity in the muscles of the body.\u00a0 That stretch of ligaments is subtle, for the most part, but there&#8217;s a tendency to reciprocating activity in agonist\/antagonist muscle groups as a result.\u00a0 I have to feel the stretch, to key appropriate relaxation, to feel the stretch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">I look for particulars at first, but I definitely have to work with the location of self-awareness in space to avoid strain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">\u00a0&#8230; like an eagle sleeping in its nest.
